EXCLUSIVE Ioan Gruffudd files court documents accusing ex Alice Evans of abusing him via fake Twitter accounts, telling her girls 'to stand up for her or f*** off' and warning him: 'this will be like Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. It won't end well for you'
Gruffudd's daughter Ella, 13, wants restraining order against Fantastic Four star
She is his child with ex-wife Evans whom he left in 2021 after a 14-year marriageIoan Gruffudd has sensationally accused his ex-wife Alice Evans of setting up fake Twitter accounts to brand him and his new girlfriend Bianca Wallace 'child abusers'.
In court documents seen by MailOnline, the Fantastic Four actor claimed 102 Dalmatians star Evans screamed at him outside his Los Angeles home and called him a 'f***ing abuser' and 'abusive c***' in front of their 13-year-old daughter Ella.
Gruffudd, 49, also claimed Evans, 54, has repeatedly broken a three-year restraining order he took out against her which has resulted in criminal charges - and flashed him while wearing no underwear when their children were being dropped off.
He said Evans on one occasion accused him of 'taking away my kids', called him a 'f***ing p***y' and 'evil', called his mother a c***' - and told Ella she did not want to see her for a few days, yelling: 'The babies can stand up for me or they can f*** off'.
In addition, he alleged that Evans told him: 'I'm going to tell my lawyer that you punched me last week. It's going to be like Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. It's not going to end well for you.'
Gruffudd also claimed Ella poured milk over his and Wallace's bed and wrote 'f**' with a mustard bottle, as well as squirting it over the kitchen counter and floors.
The revelations came in documents filed at the Los Angeles Superior Court after Ella applied for a temporary restraining order against Gruffudd and Wallace, 30.
The bombshell papers released today also contained claims from Gruffudd that:
Evans has made 'thousands of false, threatening and harassing posts' about him;
- Evans has made 'thousands of false, threatening and harassing posts' about him;
- Evans claims to be home-schooling Ella, but has 'provided no information';
- Evans has interfered with the girls' therapy and they are missing appointments;
- and Ella poured rolled oats from a bag over his head, which left him 'in shock'.
Ella has also applied for civil harassment protection from Wallace - whom Gruffudd has been dating since 2021. The application will be heard in court this Friday.
The restraining order request was filed following an incident at Gruffudd and Wallace's home last month while Ella and her nine-year-old sister Elsie were visiting.
It marks the latest development in the astonishing domestic drama that began when Gruffudd left his then-wife Evans in 2021 following a 14-year marriage.
Evans 'sets up anonymous Twitter accounts to abuse Gruffudd'
Gruffudd and Evans have been fighting a bitter divorce battle.
His restraining order against Evans prevents her from mentioning him on social media for three years.
But Gruffudd said in the court papers: 'There have been a number of anonymous social media accounts set up on Twitter naming Bianca and myself 'child abusers,' and making incredibly slanderous and defamatory claims.
'Alice has slipped up a number of times on these accounts, making clear the 'anonymous' accounts are her accounts.'
He added: 'Alice has made thousands of false, threatening and harassing posts about me on social media, and she has made false and harassing statements about me to the media.'
Both Gruffudd and Evans are seeking custody of the children, and both say they have no money.
In the papers, Gruffudd also said Evans had used Ella to abuse him and Wallace.
And Gruffudd claimed that Evans took Ella out of school for the 2022/2023 year and claims to be home-schooling her, but has 'provided no information' on this.
And he said Evans had continued to interfere with the therapy of Ella and Elsie, adding: 'Since separation, the girls have missed more therapy sessions than they have attended, and have had multiple therapists.'
Gruffudd also alleged that on one occasion when he dropped off the girls, Evans 'asked me to look at her outfit, lifted up her skirt to show me her bare behind, and revealed to me and the girls that she was not wearing underwear'.
Gruffudd recalls astonishing row when Elsie and Ella met Wallace
The key part of the document saw Gruffudd speak about the first time he took Elsie and Ella to his apartment to meet Wallace, who 'suggested that we could all sit down together and talk'.
He said he had hired Dr Gery LeGagnoux, a psychologist who is a child therapist and parenting coach, to help with the children and the introduction of Wallace on May 26.
Gruffudd added that Wallace encouraged them to play with their dog Bubba Bear but they 'pushed him away with their feet' and Ella then took out her phone and did a video tour of the property on FaceTime with her friends.
He continued: 'She walked around giving a negative description of the place to her friends. She vacillated between being loud and obnoxious, jumping up and down, and laughing to herself and her friends. Her behavior was unhinged, and nothing I had seen before.'
Gruffudd went on: 'Ella entered my and Bianca's bedroom. I followed her and asked that she end the call and sit down and discuss things. She repeated that she did not want to be there.
'Ella became increasingly loud. She went to the refrigerator and proceeded to pour milk all over our bed. I was not angry, I was shocked and I did not know what to do and looked to Dr LeGagnoux for help.
'Ella went to the kitchen and wrote 'f***' with a mustard bottle and squirted it over the counter tops and floors. She was still on the phone.
'Again, I did not react but tried to smooth it over and tell her and her friends on FaceTime that it wasn't cool and that it wasn't nice. It was becoming clear to me that Ella is in urgent need of mental health care.
'Bianca was standing next to the door to the laundry. Ella reached out to push Bianca out of her way and at the same time said, 'Don't touch me you f***ing s**t.'
'Bianca remained calm. Ella then poured rolled oats from a bag all over my head. I was in shock and did not respond.'
Gruffudd claims Ella threw her arm in a door as it was closedEarlier this month, Ella claimed in court papers that Wallace 'slammed a door on her head' and left her with 'bruises' as she tried to flee their home following a furious argument.
But in Gruffudd's new evidence, he said that Ella had actually thrown her arm in the door as it was closing.
He said: 'While I was in the kitchen cleaning the oats out of my hair and clothes, Bianca called out to me. She was visibly shaking and unnerved.
'She told me that when she tried to close the front door, Ella threw her arm in the door as it was closing. She said the children had run out of the house and that I should follow them.'
Gruffudd said he followed the girls, but Ella yelled at him that she was going to call the police – and the girls then ran out through the garage door.
He continued: 'I caught up with them for a while and asked them to return. They were laughing and seemed to enjoy the drama. They kept running away and I tried to keep an eye on them as I called Bianca to ask Dr LeGagnoux for help.'
Eventually, Gruffudd caught up with them as they were getting into the car of the father of one of Elsie's friends, a man called Dennis. Gruffudd said: 'I spoke with Dennis and we agreed he would take the girls to Alice's house and Bianca and I would follow behind to make sure they arrived safely.'
Ella 'threatens to call child protective services on her father'
Also in the documents, Gruffudd claimed that in February 2022, Ella 'got angry with me when I told her I could not afford to pay her private school tuition the following year'.
He continued: 'Ella threatened to call child protective services on me if I did not pay her tuition. She hacked my Instagram account and posted unsavory comments.
Gruffudd says Evans called a "f***ing p***y' and said he is evil
He also spoke about how Evans became angry on February 13, 2021 that he was taking the girls for an overnight stay.
Gruffudd said: ‘As we left the family home Alice screamed, "You are taking away my kids!" She said she was going to make me pay, and said an article was about to be published with her side of the story.
‘Alice called me a "f***ing p***y," said I was evil, and called my mother a "c***."
Alice told Ella she did not want to see her for a few days, and yelled, "The babies can stand up for me or they can f*** off!"
Evans sent Gruffudd hundreds of abusive messages, he claims
Gruffudd also wrote about how Evans's 'verbal abuse and inappropriate behavior escalated after I moved out of the family residence' on January 25, 2021.
He said: 'Alice sent me hundreds of harassing, abusive and threatening communications by text, email, voice message, video message, and OFW (Our Family Wizard, a US co-parenting app), and she has verbally abused me on the phone and in person, often in front of the girls.'
Gruffudd says Evans told him: 'It's not going to end well for you'
Gruffudd also wrote about an incident on February 21, 2021 when he took the girls back to the family home after spending the weekend with them.
He said: 'Alice told the girls they better get used to their new house, and told me she had Instagram and Twitter posts against me ready to go.'
Gruffudd also claimed that Evans had told him: 'I'm going to tell my lawyer that you punched me last week. It's going to be like Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. It's not going to end well for you.'
He also said Evans told Ella: 'Please let me know if daddy is ever creepy or weird with you.'
Evans shouted at Gruffudd that he is a 'f***ing abuser', he claims
Gruffudd continued: 'While I was in the car about to leave, Ella came rushing out, distraught. Ella said Alice was being mean to her and did not love her anymore because Ella went to my place and did not stick up for her.'
He added: 'Alice then ran out of the house to my car, screaming at the top of her lungs. I cannot overstate how loudly she was yelling, 'F*** you! F***, f***, f*** you, you f***ing abuser!'
'She called me an 'abusive c***', told me I would never get a job again, and screamed to the neighbourhood that I beat her up and was a 'f***ing abuser.'
'She screamed at me, 'You f***ing took my children away! F*** you!' .This entire scene took place directly in front of Ella.'
He also said: 'Alice accused me of child abuse, said I did not love the girls, and called me a 'cruel monster.' Alice said I was ruining all their lives.'
Last month the $2million marital home in Los Angeles was sold at Gruffudd's request after he said he no longer had the funds to pay for it.
Evans and the children moved to a new, rented, address.
Gruffudd met aspiring actress Wallace in Australia while shooting the series Harrow.
They now live together in Los Angeles and Wallace, who has multiple sclerosis, recently gave a magazine interview about her condition and 'Yo's' support and love for her.
He and Evans announced that their marriage was over in January 2021 and he went public with his new romance that October.
Gruffudd filed for joint custody of his two daughters last July after Evans filed for sole custody amid their acrimonious divorce.
As well as requesting visitation rights, he claimed in the filing that Evans had been purposely trying to cut communication between him and his children.
He also petitioned that the girls attend in-person therapy and reunification therapy via zoom with him pending court-ordered mediation about custody.
In court filings, Gruffudd accused Evans of verbally abusing him during their marriage, and 'undermining him' in front of the girls throughout their lives.'
'Alice made fun of my appearance often, making hair-loss comments and telling me I had 'saggy-vagina eyes,' court papers read.
He went on to claim that Evans 'has inflicted serious emotional harm on Ella and Elsie by her statements and by interfering in my relationship with them.'
In March this year, charges that Evans had violated her restricting order were dropped.
Gruffudd is currently shooting the film Bad Boys 4 with Will Smith and Martin Lawrence.
