I made burgers stuffed cheese, onions, and lots of seasoning, topped with sautéed onions, pepper jack and American cheese. Scalloped potatoes as a side. I’m terrible and wonder why I’m gaining weight! At least I cooked the burgers in the air fryer. Do burgers come out ok if you do them in an air fryer? I tried sausages the other day and while they cooked through and browned perfectly, they were missing some of the sausagey goodness of being fried in oil. |

They actually did come out good. You put a thumbprint in the middle when you first put it in so it doesn’t puff up. While the grease does go through the grate, they still came out very tasty.

Also Kitty, this is coming from someone who does not eat heathy in any way, grease does Not bother me. They freak out at work when they see me eating fruit or a salad.

Also Kitty, this is coming from someone who does not eat heathy in any way, grease does Not bother me. They freak out at work when they see me eating fruit or a salad. Chilli is on with masses of (fresh old) tomatoes & mushrooms.
Should be ready by tomorrow.
And I just realised I forgot the beans. fuck it. it's pasta sauce.

Tried a hole in the wall Cuban place today and it was amazing. My favorite was the cuatro leches cake. The fourth milk is dulce de leche.

The Cuban lady that texts us what she is making for the next day added cuatro leches to the menu. I’m trying to lose weight so I haven’t ordered it yet. Thanks a lot. Imma have to order it now. My just had a retirement party last night and the food was amazing. It was a buffet that had snow crabs, oysters(I don’t eat those) shrimp, beet salad, prime rib, fried fish, scallops, cod… and much more. Everything that I had was soooo good. |

Does she make congri? Cause I'm going to swing by today just to get more of that so my husband can try it. They put so much pulled pork in theirs its a meal by itself.

A huge bar of Galaxy milk chocolate. I thought I'd actually got Galaxy Caramel but I was mistaken. Still eating it though.
