Totally agree! I can't stand AJ, never could. And I've always felt like he was a fake-ass poser.

But if this is true, and I suspect it is, I have very little tolerance for anyone saying he was driven to it. I mean.. even if she's a She-Devil.

We don't know how long Brad's visits were supervised but eventually they were not and if what you're saying is true, that therapists were involved, I'd assume their assessments came back good after a time which is why visitation went unsupervised.  

So why is this still going on?  If the kids got the support they needed and the professionals and the court deemed Brad safe for unsupervised visits, why isn't custody resolved?  Conversely, if after years of testimony, assessments and witnesses, Brad was deemed an unfit asshole, why hasn't the court granted Angelina full custody?

I suppose it could be the kids.  Perhaps they refuse to spend time with their father so Angelina keeps fighting in court so they aren't made to spend time with their Dad.

Or Angelina is playing out her own childhood where Dad is forever the villain and mom is forever the saint.

After the Depp v Heard trial, I'm reticent to believe either side until the trial ends & I've seen all of the evidence. If her account of the plane incident is true, there are multiple witnesses, including independent witnesses.

According to court docs, the FBI was first contacted not by Jolie or her team, but by an independent party, which makes me think that someone who worked for the airline contacted them because an assault occurred mid-flight. Of course, that is just a supposition & would need to be verified at the trial.

Apparently, the kids hate his guts, & I doubt it can all be blamed on parental alienation. If her account is true, he's done plenty of alienating on his own. However, that's just how I'm leaning, & the evidence that comes out at trial may change my mind like it did for DvH.

10:18 AM PT -- 10/6 -- Pitt's attorney, Anne Kiley, tells us, "Brad has owned everything he’s responsible for from day one- unlike the other side - but he’s not going to own anything he didn't do. He has been on the receiving end of every type of personal attack and misrepresentation. Thankfully, the various public authorities the other side has tried to use against him over the past six years have made their own independent decisions. Brad will continue to respond in court as he has consistently done”

Angelina Jolie is on a smear campaign against Brad Pitt, rehashing the same allegations she's made for years -- allegations that have fallen flat with authorities -- this according to sources close to Brad.

Our sources say Angelina's repeated attempts to paint Brad as a child abuser has taken an extreme toll on their 6 kids, who are now all but estranged from their dad. As one source put it, Brad now has a "limited and strained relationship, because of her campaign of alienation."


The sources point out ... Angelina has claimed since 2016 that Brad got physical with at least one of their kids on a private jet and even poured beer on her. Brad has denied the allegations, but Angelina pressed authorities to prosecute him.


The FBI investigated and concluded the allegations were insufficient to move forward. Our sources say there was also an investigation by the Dept of Children & Family Services which was closed out because of a lack of evidence.

Angelina then went to family court in an attempt to convince the judge in the divorce case that Brad was an unfit parent who should not have any custody. The judge listened to the evidence and gave them 50/50 custody ... essentially rejecting Angelina's claims of abuse.


She then filed what she thought was anonymous freedom of information lawsuit against the FBI, asking to make public her allegations regarding the private jet incident.


And just yesterday, she filed legal docs in connection with a dispute over a winery they jointly own. As our sources say, the winery lawsuit has "zero" to do with her allegations of abuse, yet she recounted her claims in great detail.

The sources say it's clear ... all Angelina wants is revenge against Brad.


The sources say in some ways Angelina has won, because despite having 50/50 custody, they believe Angelina has poisoned the kids against Brad to the point he has little to no relationship with any of them, and the victims are the entire family.

One more thing ... the sources point out, Brad has never publicly uttered a bad word about Angelina, for the sake of their kids. They add, however, he's deeply wounded by what he believes is a vicious, unrelenting attack.

Hollywood certainly loves its remakes. Earlier this year, all eyes were on the messy and misogynistic Johnny Depp/Amber Heard defamation trial; Depp won and Heard was publicly torn apart. Now the long-running legal battle between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt has escalated and it looks, depressingly, as if Jolie is going to get the Heard treatment.

Here’s where things stand: Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt six years ago but the divorce hasn’t yet been finalised because the actors are still arguing over custody of their children and assets (they have a lot of both). Pitt has accused Jolie of selling a stake in their winery, Château Miraval, in an underhand manner to a Russian oligarch. Somehow the invasion of Ukraine got dragged into all this, with Pitt arguing that the Russian ties hurt the winery’s brand.

Meanwhile, Jolie has filed a cross-complaint that accuses Pitt of domestic abuse on a 2016 flight. Court documents filed last week allege that “Pitt choked one of the children and struck another in the face” and “grabbed Jolie by the head and shook her”. He also reportedly “poured beer on Jolie” and “poured beer and red wine on the children”. The FBI looked into the allegations but didn’t bring criminal charges. Sources close to Pitt deny Jolie’s versions of events.

I have no idea what is true, obviously. What I do know is that the truth doesn’t seem to matter to an awful lot of people. Since Jolie accused Pitt of abuse last week, she has been called a liar by social media vigilantes, become the subject of misogynistic YouTube videos and dubbed “another Amber Heard”. The US gossip website TMZ has reported claims that “Angelina Jolie is on a smear campaign against Brad Pitt” and has “poisoned their kids to turn on him”. Again, I don’t know what is true in all this. But one thing is clear: the Depp v Heard trial didn’t end when the jury verdict came in. Any woman, no matter how famous, who speaks out about a powerful man is going to be treated like Amber Heard 2.0. Depp wrote a playbook men accused of misconduct seem very eager to copy.

It's depressing. This really does feel like Depp vs. Heard Part 2. People, Page Six, TMZ and other outlets are firmly in Pitt's camp, giving his narrative. He just repeats he's taken accountability, which he hasn't if the accusations have even an ounce of truth, and it's all good, apparently. He was on the cover of two magazines this week talking about all the money (partly Angelina's money) he's wasted on his recording studio and artist enclave at Miraval. Young, hip artists hang out with him. He's a sculptor now. He's so cool. Blech. It's only going to get worse when Babylon comes out.

Given her choices in men, I'm sure AJ has seen plenty of bad behavior. Funny, she had no problems moving on before and no need to ruin any man's life.

But there are kids involved here.

I know we all look at things like this through the filter of our own experiences.

That said, if this were this DarkJr, I would not be afraid to be seen as a crazy bitch by the rest of the world if need be for however long I had to look like one. Thankfully I was not married to someone with Brad Pitt's fame/fanship and deep pockets. If I were, there's no telling what I might have been put through legally just because he wasn't getting his way.   Luckily Jr was 16 years old and a male himself, so his feelings about his dad (based on his dad's bad behavior witnessed) would be more likely listened to instead of written off as me trying to alienate him from his father.

Even in winter, it's rosé all day for Brad Pitt! The 57-year-old actor stars in an ad campaign for Miraval's rosé that sets out to capture the "spirit of the Riviera."

In the black-and-white image, taken by photographer Lachlan Bailey, Pitt is seen unwinding by a pool in Los Angeles, thus sending a message to "give into the temptation of the sun’s rays wherever you find yourself in the world," according to a press release.

Pitt first started Miraval with his ex, Angelina Jolie, after they purchased the 1200-acre French estate that the winery is located on in 2012 after finding the property four years earlier.

That letter is really sad, and it feel sincere to me, especially because it was private. It would never have seen the light of day without this lawsuit. I can understand why she finally had enough after being shut out of the business and then having Brad, an alcoholic who allegedly terrorized the family, pose for those ads. She probably saw that same scene numerous times in real life.

I was a little young for the Madonna/Sean Penn stuff, but I've read about it. I believe he did hit her, but she's denying it now.
