I've watched a bunch of videos showing dumb people doing dumb things, like getting out of their (probably rented) luxury sports cars in Miami traffic and standing on the windshield and hood to pose. And half the time they break the windshield or dent the hood of a $250k car. Idiots gonna idiot, but it also looks like windshields simply aren't meant to hold up to the force of standing or kicking.

What I find disturbing about the pics is her having her feet up on the dashboard. With passenger-side airbags, it's a really bad habit. If they deployed, even in a fender bender, the force could dislocate both your hips and even break your femurs. And if you don't believe me, Google it.

They are convinced that once again the lawyers have let her down like everyone else. I definitely agree that her lawyer overpromised on how had the mismanagement was, what they would find had happened, and what kind of recompense they would get. I seriously doubt anyone is going to step in to help her get things together if they anticipate being vilified and basically accused of financial fraud for doing it. |

maybe if the original conservatorship had actually had her interests at heart rather than jamie's, and someone not from her toxic, abusive family of assholes had been appointed to run it, this could have been avoided.

I think it depends on how someone defines having her interests at heart. I'm not sure if Spears is a reliable narrator in that regard, but I think the more recent issue is that Jamie Spears was basically accused of stealing money from Britney, and it was implied that a forensic audit would be conducted to figure out how much that amount was, so she could get it all back. It sound like nothing was diverted. Not only that, but Jamie Spears is now entitled to reimbursement of most of his legal fees - which is pretty telling in terms of whether or not this civil action on the financial front was meritless. Rosengart is now basically celebrating Spears' freedom but saying nothing about the financial issues he was pushing. |

a lot of what went on in that conservatorship is basically medical abuse and didn't help her be in a better place after, or during. or more willing to trust doctors and seek help on her own, either.
her father's an abusive alcoholic with rage issues who tormented the family throughout most of britney's youth. and it's not just britney saying that. he never should have been put in charge of her personal, medical and economic wellbeing.
