I can easily believe he doesn't know how to spell 'ridiculous'. That said, at least he realizes it's futile to ask for privacy, unlike just about everyone else who issues breakup statements. |

We all knew this was going to happen. I really hope her prenup is airtight. There are already rumours about her having had an affair with a staff member. Housekeeper? Pool boy? I don't recall. I hope that's not true, but I can see how that would be the final straw for Sam.

Boy this really could drum up sales for her book. I wonder if this marriage has been over for a while and they timed the filing/statement to increase the spotlight in the months leading up to the release.

You know she probably had it written in a way so that here would be penalties for him cheating. Even if it were written only to punish him, it could probably be thrown out for being some kind of abusive prenup. |

CNN is reporting the prenup is solid, and any settlement post divorce required at least 2 years of marriage, with a max of $10 milliion beyond year 15, no spousal support and apparently she is sole owner on all real estate and cars. Sam's has repeatedly spelled ridiculous wrong on his SM, using the e in stead of i. I understand the "shit happens" sentiment. Sometimes, for me, shit happens and you don't want to talk about (or can't) so "shit happens" is the response. |

I was just scanning some legal commentary about prenups, and the recurring theme is that while a lot of them are ironclad, they are not fullproof. Also, that they are re-negotiable. I think people could get the reasonable impression that there is personal stuff that Spears would not want Asgari to divulge, and the prenup could be renegotiated for him to not divulge anything.
That brings up another thing I was was wondering about, though -- non-disclosure agreements (NDA). If a prenup is negotiated, almost certainly it would be formalized with an NDA to the person who receives additional money. I've never heard of someone signing one going into a marriage. So, my bet would be that we see some leaks or public commentary from Asgari indicating how much stuff he knows and could release -- followed very quickly by a re-negotiated deal and an NDA.

Things must have gotten a lot worse if Sam couldn't even wait one more year to get some cash. I also assumed an NDA would have been signed with the prenup. It's funny how he slammed KFed on SM for being a lazy pot smoker and living off Britney's money. Now he's doing something worse if he's really threatening to release negative info if she doesn't cough up some money. That's extortion/blackmail and something that KFed ever did.
Also funny how things were apparently good between them until she was released from the conservatorship. Now maybe Sam understands.
I also wouldn't be surprised if she did cheat. All those titty shots, twirly videos, and I just saw one of her on a stripper pole. I don't mean to be a prude, but yeah she's a mother and a married woman and she wouldn't even listen to her own kids to please stop. She just seems hypersexual and always looking for male attention.

It might not be pictures. It could be as simple as not detailing whatever cheating happened. I would consider that kind of disclosure more forgivable since he would be merely stating the facts of why they broke up. I don't think she particularly cares about nude photos since they were only censored in the first place to keep from violating Instagram's terms of service. However, confirming cheating rumors would definitely tarnish the halo that her followers have placed over her head.
