I think I'm with Britney on this one. if I were going out to eat or whatever, I wouldn't want all the people trying to film me like I was their own personal circus act.

Totally. It's reasonable for anyone to be upset by that, regardless of their mental state. The word salad is alarming though. An unmedicated, seriously ill schizophrenic (that's my guess, has been for a long time) is a danger to herself and others. Is this mess really gonna play out until she gets hurt, or hurts someone else? 

I admit that many years ago I once found it funny in a twisted way when she'd talk like Julia Child or put on the pink wig--because I thought she was just a typical drug-addled, spoiled STAH acting like a twit. But at this point it's a train wreck and sad. How long do you guys think before she goes off the deep end and ends up on a 5150 type hold?

I've always wondered if she might be schizophrenic too.
I don't remember reading this at the time but this from 2007 is quite interesting.

One of her former business associates talks to me at length about Spears's disquieting facial tics and obsessive-compulsive behaviour - characteristics that he says have been concealed from her fan base for several years. 'I remember walking along the street with her and she had all these facial twitches, like head wobbles, that she couldn't control,' he says. 'She will talk about hearing voices and have conversations with herself in weird languages and tell herself to shut up. It's like she has multiple personalities. When you sit down with Britney, she'll focus on you for two minutes at most. She'll start jiggling her leg, then her hand will start tapping on the table, then she stands up and has to be somewhere else.'

I have always thought she had schizophrenia also. It typically surfaces when people are in their early to mid 20's which was how old she was during the pink wig time. Let's throw in a couple of pregnancies leading up to that, probably self medicating with drugs and/or alcohol and you've got a real recipe for disaster IMO.

I saw that too.  I stared at my phone, blinked a few times and thought "yep, that's enough reddit for today" and closed it and did not return for a full day.  The scary part is that they're serious.

Yeah, how long can anyone blame Jamie for this? When K Fed says Jamie saved her life, I gotta believe him.

I understand her being upset over all the cell phones at the restaurant, but c'mon, she's Britney and she knows the drill. I mean, she brings a bodyguard along for a dinner with her husband.

Of course we all could have predicted this, and did. I just wonder how long the husband will hang around. I agree he's getting a big taste of what she's like unmedicated. And I hope he's realized it's not a good idea to procreate with her. The sad thing is, if he leaves she really has nobody.

They really are. Part of it may be genuine concern for Britney, but I think they're also chasing the high they got from the 'success' of the "Free Britney" campaign.

That's heady stuff, and hard to let go of I would imagine.

I really hope Sam has realized that it would be a terrible idea to have a baby with Britney. That would be a nightmare of epic proportions. She can barely take care of herself.

bringing another child into this is the worst thing that could happen. i really hope she doesn't get knocked up.

i've said it before but i think she did need the conservatorship initially but i also think that power was abused by jamie and the rest of the family and there wasn't enough (any?) real oversight, and instead of using it to get her the help she needed and teach her some life skills, they used it to keep her basically medicated and under control like some kind of performing monkey, to keep the money rolling in and bankroll the entire family. and this is the result. and she's never going to get help voluntarily because she equates psychiatrists with medication and treatments she never consented to and which were intended to keep her compliant.

I wouldn’t be surprised if he wants her to get pregnant so he can’t do a k-fed and have a money train.
I just don’t trust this guy and think he’s using her.
