Rant: I need to buy a hazmat suit because that bastard plague monkey (Bloke) has got me yet again. He complained of feeling a bit rough, I gave him a "feel better" sympathy peck and then by the end of the night it felt like I was swallowing razor blades. We're both now into day four of feeling like utter crap, with unholy amounts of mucus being generated between us and no end in sight. The next time he so much as sniffles around me I'm going to borrow a tent and banish him to the back yard.

Thanks. We can add an allergic reaction to something (not sure what yet) to the woes. My eyes are swollen, itchy and sore as hell and even with antihistamines I'm starting to think I need to go to bed wearing gloves so I can't scratch my eyelids off in the night. |

You poor thing kittylady tree polen is hell at the moment I think it might have been a reaction to some OTC cold and flu meds because I had a rash on my body as well and it all started clearing up as soon as I stopped taking them. I do get hayfever as well though, which is why I had a megastash of antihistamines already in (thank God!). |

No, thankfully not shingles and I generally avoid all but the smallest of small people anyway as they seems to sweat jam and germs and spread both as liberally as they can. All I know is I took some Night Nurse and everything went to shit. I stopped taking it and everything calmed down again. |

Reaaaaaal shitty year so far at the studio, I'm nearly 10K below what I did last year in that first trimester, I am starting to feel very worried about my business never catching up and don't quite know what more I can do. It's not like I can lasso people in the streets and force tattoo them

Rant: sunroom siding has developed rot on 2 walls. Everything has to be replaced, including a weight-bearing stud. Because of shoddy construction and gaps that let in precipitation. $12,000 to fix.
Heat pump won’t cool. No idea how much that’ll cost til they can look at it.
Stove broke, new one $1800. Fuckery! I want to know who put the whammy.
