Princess Anne's husband is one of those royals/people I had forgotten about. I really admire those who discreet, hard working and supportive of the family.

I am assuming that's him in between Beatrice and Louise. Yep this is James I don't recall every hearing they had another child. All I remember was that the daughter had some health issues as an infant, I think.  These 2 are about the same age, right? I don't know who called it, but MM does to seem have kind of a pregnancy face. |

It was sad to me that Harry was forbidden to wear his military uniform, so he ends up looking like his pedo uncle. Doesn’t he have the most “real” military experience of all of them? Andrew served in the military and went to the Falklands during the war there. He's retired and would be allowed to wear his uniform based on that. Harry didn't retire and isn't allowed because of that. Neither of them are working members of the Royal family so not allowed to wear the uniform based on that like his other uncle, who I believe quit during training. That's how I'm understanding the uniform thing. |

But Edward, Anne, Charles have service titles Charles apparently was in the RAF & the Navy (I did not know that); Andy was in the Navy & was in the Falklands, he was also incredibly unpopular with the forces personnel as he's such an arsehole. Anne is an admiral or something, as is Edward. |

It strikes me as strikingly tone-deaf of Charles to perpetuate this nonsense by giving Andrew special permission but not Harry. He's not getting off to a good start, is he? Maybe it was the Queen's deathbed request. Whatever it is - it's not a good look.
Kate looks really, really, tense. Websites loyal to Camp Sussex are calling her "obviously giddy with delight at finally becoming the Princess of Wales" and in the next breath saying she is furious because Meghan is getting all the attention and also behind the scenes she and Will are going to be living separately now and she just found this out. Seriously? I bet Harry and Meghan can't wait to get back to California.

I vaguely understand the reasoning behind the uniforms, possibly it may be Queen decision before passing but it looks terrible. Harry and Meghan are professional opportunistic bullshit artists but they aren’t rapey and gross like Andrew.
I think everyone is doing their best to rise above the drama for the sake of Queen and the task at hand.

I've only been on the fringes of the Royals threads, I read them but really don't follow that closely.
Anyway, re the military uniforms, my thought is--QEII stripped Andrew of them so that was her wish and they should follow her wishes. Harry--well, they gave up their titles and their positions as working royals, so they cant come back on special occasions and pretend that didn't happen. Wear your damn morning coats and stfu.
