To be clear, I know lots of people who are partners and have kids together and aren’t married, but they’re as fully committed to each other as any married couple, they just don’t believe in marriage or want to do it for lots of reasons, and I don’t take issue with that at all. But that’s different from getting engaged (which signifies intent) and then never following through even after kids, especially when people in those relationships split up and go on to marry others in a fairly short time frame. For me that just means they were better off apart, regardless of what triggered the split.

I think if people are engaged for 5+ years, they really don't intend to get married. They're either appeasing family or their partner or maybe the woman just wants a ring. Most people who get engaged start planning a wedding.

I never noticed that Kate looks like an identical but younger version of her mom. Kate is VERY HAPPY to be at Wimbledon, apparently. She looks all right I guess. The dress is not the worst but not the best either.
I'd rather be hanging out at the pub with Cam and Charles pulling pints and getting Charles to take a water pill for those painful looking hands.

I can't believe pubs in Britain have Fosters on tap. That stuff is crap, you can't even find it hidden in the back of the fridge at the bottle-o here. Such an "iconic" Australian brand that no Aussie actually drinks.

I tried it once and wanted to ask whether they'd not flushed the lines properly after cleaning because it left a horrible chemical aftertaste. |
