All I remember about this girl is how miserable and scared she looked in the pap stroll photos that Denise surely arranged. I always felt so bad for this girl, she always looked so close to crying, like she was really fragile.
At least Denise is doing the right thing by openly supporting her, though I wonder how much she contributed to her problems.

I agree with czb. It's a shame to me. She is 18 so not much mom or dad can do about it though. Maybe she'll be smart and keep it clean-ish, making money off her famous name versus her actual ass. But I'm probably biased. Because I think making a living off of exploiting your cooch is sad. Her parent-funded lifestyle may not have prepared her to do anything else. Her dad was going off the rails and doing is "Tiger Blood" tour when she was in grade school, and Denise was fostering Sami's half-siblings who were being abusive to her. I'm sure no one was focusing on Sami's education. It is sad and I think her family could have done better by her. |

^ And also, her mom adopted a special needs child, and remarried 4 years ago. Not easy on a teenage girl to have a new man in the household. And I kinda think he's a weirdo. I remember reading that whenever Denise was off working, both girls would stay with Charlie. I guess they didn't want to stay at home with the stepdad?

Yeah, Sami has had a lot on her plate for pretty much her whole life. Now that you mention it beeyotch, I do remember her seeming fragile I am pretty sure from being an armchair child psychiatrist that the twins have reactive attachment disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, intermittent explosive disorder, followed by several etceteras and if they haven't had intensive, maybe even long-term in-hospital therapy, they're probably truly sociopaths. I'm curious to know how much of that stems from neglect and how much stems from god knows what kind of abuse. It feels like a very slim hope that they're going to be "OK" or "normal" as adults. And for the record, because I came in here kinda hot, if some 18 year old girl asked for my honest opinion about doing Only Fans, I'd tell them to go to school. I wish it were easier for everyone to go to school and find themselves with their brains and not their genitalia. I am sticking with what I said about how I feel about college, though. It's not a financial cure-all. If they were 25+, I'd tell them, "Why ask me? You do you." |

This poor kid never had a chance. Her parents have both made so many bad choices that it's no surprise that Sami is also making a poor choice by choosing stripping for her first job. I guess it's all about being famous in Hollywood and they don't much care how you go about it. I disagree that Denise is doing the right thing in supporting her daughter's choice of a trashy career. She should be steering her daughter away from stripping and toward a healthier career. Then again, neither Charlie nor Denise is the brightest bulb in the chandelier.

I guess that really is the point, though - she does, or could have, way more avenues of income and opportunity than most middle and lower class kids and that's why I'm wondering if she's doing this as a fuck you to them and maybe she realizes her name brings some notoriety with it. When I was her age, I would have wanted to go to college in another country or become an artist or writer or just traveled around if I had oodles of mommy and daddy's money. Well, the problem is, is that really sustainable, I can't see her making that kind of money for years on end. But if a kid can make that kind of money now, why would they want to go to college? Like Lori Loughlin's daughter who just wanted to be an influencer with her little makeup line.
I did read that the courts recently ruled that Charlie no longer had to pay child support. I would hope Denise didn't spend every dime of it because I doubt she needed all of it to survive. And she also got a % of his residuals for 2 1/2 Men I believe. I bet Brooke Mueller isn't getting those monthly windfalls anymore either. Charlie is no longer the highest paid man in television.

I doubt these kids are looking to make OF their long term career. Most of them know they have a very short window to be making bank, so if people are willing to pay, why not rake it in? And not everyone values a good education and a career - rich people live in their own bubble. As the great man Tracy Jordan once said "take care of my family - I don't want my kids to have to go to college".

I googled, and the most recent thing that popped up on Brooke was from 2019, when she was going back to rehab AGAIN and the boys would be staying with her mom and mom's husband while she was in patient. Charlie filed to have his child support reduced and that was apparently settled a few months ago. Unknown how much he's paying her now. |
