Plus, if 80% if his ladies are "stinking up the room" that's probably because he's got some sort of sexually transmitted disease, since healthy vags have a scent but don't "stink" unless there's an issue. so is he a closet case? no way a straight guy takes issue with the smell of 80% of vaginas, unless he doesn't like vagina and has to - quite literally - hold his nose and make himself go for it. it might also explain his obsession with impregnating every woman he fucks, like he's on a mission to prove what a macho 100% straight man he is...
sex is all about pheromones, a person's smell is key to whether or not you're attracted to them and want to bang them, if you don't like the smells and tastes of sex, you're either fucking the wrong type of person or you're just not a very sensual person and maybe you just don't like sex all that much or have some repression issues.
