I like to stick to what I know I like, and hardly ever try new foods diet is very limiting, but it's what I like after all..

I'm not picky. I'm willing to try almost anything at least once. I do draw the line at insects though.

Not really picky but I can't handle very much spice at all. It doesn't take much for something to be too spicy for me while others are like "It's not spicy at all".

I will eat ... anything. Meal worms, grasshoppers, haggis ... I've tried most everything I've had an opportunity to. Strongly on the 'not picky' side of the spectrum.

Yea I guess I'm pretty picky, but I consider myself more "basic"? I absolutely won't touch seafood, anything not in normal cuisine (so bugs, animal parts whatever) and anything remotely similar to a kidney bean, but I'm willing to try anything else.
My husband is worse than I am and now I'm worried my daughter is even WORSE. Those two live off a diet of pizza, chicken nuggets and toast.

No fish or offal (kidney, heart, liver) but I'm willing to try most other things.

Not picky at all but since I'd like to be a vegetarian I prefer to not order meat in restaurants, but try most if someone would cook it for me. I can't eat slimy things though or weird textures so no snails.

I’m vegan. I can’t afford to be picky on top of that 🤣🤣🤣

Not picky, just have definite dislikes. Mainly pork and the smell of pork fat cooking makes me gag. Bacon is usually a no for me. Sometimes the smell and taste of egg yolks have the same effect. I've concluded that it's something in the makeup of animal fat that disagrees with my body somehow.
Otherwise, I like nearly everything. I've tried all the gross stuff you guys have listed. Had ant eggs in Mexico, caviar, snails in Spain were really delicious. Seafood is my favorite. I don't think I've tried grasshoppers but if they're crunchy fried and well seasoned I would. Oh! and one of my requested holiday dishes from my mom is menudo, beef tripe soup in red chile sauce with hominy. The seasoning is key--plenty of guajillo chile, served with lots of lime, oregano, red pepper flakes, minced onion. I tried goat curry in Barbados and fell in love.
I love spice but as I've gotten older, spice does NOT like me. I can't tolerate as much heat as I used to and it gives me gastro issues it never did before.

I would say mostly no. I would say I'm adventurous when it comes to types of cuisine (I love all sorts of international and ethnic foods), but more basic in the choices I would make. I'm not a huge meat eater, so I would tend to stick with seafood, veggie, chicken, or beef dishes. I don't like lamb or any really gamey meats or innards. I love love love seafood. I eat pretty much everything when it comes to seafood. Not a huge fan of oysters, but other fish and shellfish are some of my favorites. I don't care for pork, but if someone is serving it as the main course, I would eat it. I eat pretty much any vegetable, except beets. No idea why, I just hate the fuckers. I was a vegetarian for many years, maybe 15 or so. I would always try to make it as easy as possible for my host or anyone I went to dinner with, so lots of salads and side dishes are my superstars. I love eggs, breads, stinky cheeses, vegetables, pasta, rices, grains, coffee, teas, etc. I don't have a huge sweet tooth either, so fruits and things that are sweet are not usually my go-to.

Somewhat. Not a fan of seafood, sushi, and bizarre foods like I’ve seen on some Chopped episodes. Definitely not as picky as my husband.

I was pickier as a kid and still refuse to eat green lima beans. As long as the food isn't weird, ugly or unusual I will at least try it.

Ironically, our daughter is the pickiest eater in the whole family. And yet, she at this bug on video in front of all of us in Chang Mai:
