I loved the Masters. That ending was so exciting. After dominating the whole tournament, James came very close to losing. They both made exactly the right bets at the end, it just worked out for James because they were both wrong on FJ. It would have sucked if Mattea had lost because they made the wrong bet. At least in this case, the bets were pretty much optimal for the situation.
I still watch the regular show, but not as consistently as I used to. Mostly because I don't have a live tv service, so I watch over the air, and I don't have dvr setup because I don't watch regular tv enough to bother. A lot of days, I don't remember in time to see it. In the past couple of weeks, because of the Masters, I've found the regular Jeopardy to be slow, especially with Mayim hosting.
I think Ken has grown into the role and maintains a better pace. He seems a lot more relaxed and comfortable.
Two things that bothers me with Mayim are the delay after an answer and that she doesn't pick up the pace when there's less than a minute left in the round. It's like she always waits for the judges to make a ruling even when there are clues left and they're running out of time. Ken makes quick decisions. I think he better understands that when the wrong call is made, it can be reversed later. I also wonder sometimes if Mayim is affected by the criticisms of her or if she's just afraid to make a mistake. Whatever it is, she doesn't seem comfortable and natural in the role, and it doesn't seem like she's relaxing into it.

^^ Totally agree about Mayim’s delay in answering if they’re correct or not. It drives me crazy! I haven’t watched many of the masters games because, Florida has the Panthers and The heat in the playoffs. Well the Panthers are in the Stanley Cup. I’m not used to having sports in May. Plus I can’t stand James.
