I haven't seen her in ages. I don't understand the outfit. Is she wearing just really high thigh boots, a shirt, tights, and no pants/shorts or skirt? Or am I missing something?

How do boots like that work? Is it your shoe size or your pant size?
I just can't see her going into wherever and asking for a size 8 boot and being able to keep them up with those pencil thin legs?

Oversized grey shirt, probably a Dolce Gabbana coat and Louboutin thigh high boots (red soles). Effie used to say she had a weave when in public.
