Ohh! I wondered if he had kids with wife #1. Grimes has the one and I think there's another on the way. ETA - nope that kid is here. I'm spreading Elon Musk misinformation all over the place today. As for the finger, I would say the finger tip was lopped off. I'm not a physician, so I don't know the proper medical term is, but I wouldn't call it a severed finger. To me that would be if the finger were falling off at the knuckle. I don't know how it happened or who did it, but I remember the general consensus being that he was probably be drunk, fucked up, and messy, which he might have been, regardless. This is pretty horrifying to me:

elon has what? triplets and twins with wife #1, 2 kids with grimes. dude likes to spread his seed. The Wiki entry said that his first child with his first wife died of SIDS. And then they used IVF to have the others. The fact that they took so many fertilized IVF embryos to full term makes me wonder about his religious leanings.

Are we sure this isn't ET or Arsenio Hall's xray?

yeah it was via surrogate. a girl. some say that it was via ivf with elon's batter but i don't know that for a fact. Ok well I had to google. There are stories out there from 2020 that she and Musk froze some embryos during their relationship and that he was suing her because he wanted them destroyed. This story comes from a statement made by a friend of Amber's sister, who claims she was told this by Amber's mother (who died in 2020). The baby was born April 2021. Musk and Heard were together "off and on" from 2016 - 2018. Of course there are no court records or anything else I saw other than the friend's story. This article claims Depp planned to bring this up at their trial, not sure why unless he's trying to say she was screwing around with Musk during their marriage, which Musk denied. I don't see how her having a baby years after they split has any relevance but who knows. www.yourtango.com/entertainment/is-elon-musk-father-amber-heard-baby

From personal experience, IVF people who are pro life but feel guilty about producing multiple viable embryos, instead of culling the ones they don't want either 1) opt to bring as many as they can to birth stage, or 2) put them in some kind of indefinite embryo donation program.

I’ve not followed along closely to this but re: the psychologist’s testimony. I don’t know what her credentials are but…
The question regarding the MMPI is relatively valid imo. There are several versions and the one commonly used is the MMPI-2, especially in criminal and child custody cases.
The original MMPI was found to have reliability and variability issues due to self-reporting. The original questionnaire was developed with the help of people with diagnosed disorders and the questions were pretty transparent. It was easy to “fool” the test basically.
It was revised several times after its inception to the current MMPI-2 in the late 80s and while the most common testing assessment tool, it should not be the only tool for a diagnosis.
Also, the psychologist/psychiatrist administering the test needs specific training in its use and interpretation of the collected data. It’s over 500 questions and hand scoring is out of fashion so to speak. It should be administered on and scored by computer.

I wondered why he had so much flesh at the top of his finger that could be cut off, but I thought maybe it was something above my pay grade and didn't understand how finger xrays work. Now that you mention it, I do see his fingernails. Also, I just realized that in the bloody hand pic that he's not wearing rings and even he wouldn't put rings on before getting an xray. WTF is that actually a photo of?

I have no knowledge of this area but the dr isn't “board certified” and I was intrigued by the “muffin” comment & (if you didn’t see it) the dr laughs off the question that she told her husband she was interviewing AH - it maybe a ridiculous suggestion given HIPPA but surely you’d take that question of impugning your reputation seriously? It just seems like JH’s side isn’t taking this seriously. I dunno, not a fan of AH but they are trying to destroy her, financially, mentally, and they are joking about shit. It’s majorly distasteful to me.

It’s majorly distasteful to me. This is kind of disgusting, but that actually looks kind of like the x-ray of a de-gloved finger to me. Basically the skin has been torn up over the tip of the finger. Which might explain the irregular outline. I'm too afraid to Google examples, though. To CZB: I thought the doctor decided which ones, but not how many? I definitely do not have firsthand experience, though. On an ethical, emotional, and legal basis, I would have potential issues with embryo donation. First, that you would be tracked down eventually by someone who wanted to connect with their bio parents. Second, that I actually have a descendent out there who is living a separate life from us. And third, I would also worry about future changes in laws regarding privacy, legal obligations, etc. Especially, with such a swing in the composition of the USSC. Also, what happens if the person gets in contact with us and says they need a kidney or something?

ok. re: IVF
1. the doctor decides which ones - they get graded. they also decide how many but this is variable depending on how the patient responds. some doctors try to get as many as possible, but i think some of the more recent protocols are opting for fewer embryos with the belief that they are higher quality. again, my data are kinda old so anyone can feel free to correct me.
2. i meant donation to science, not to another person/couple to transplant. i am in total agreement about not donating to another family.

And this is what she said that bothered me: “People with this personality type, are typically cruel to their partner, exhibit attention-seeking behaviors, and will typically exhibit violence to their partner out of fear of abandonment."It just seemed too...pat. And fit perfectly with Johnny's allegations. Although from what I've read, Amber shot herself in the foot with this. She claimed PTSD and had a psych exam so Johnny's side asked for an independent exam and it was granted. No mental eval of Johnny was granted because he isn't making any mental allegations. ETA: Re the finger injury, someone who was at the house testified he actually found the tip of the finger and it was taken to the hospital. So yeah, it sounds to me like the tip was severed and had to be reattached.

So the x ray...if you look, you can see a break in the very first bone of the finger nearest the tip. Is this an xray after tip reattachment (or the beginning of reattaching it, I don't know the process) and the thing on it is some sort of bandage? That's what it looks like to me, that it was severed where the broken bone part appears to be, stuck back on, bandaged and x rayed.
Still with his stupid rings on, of course.
