Anything is possible. Especially when drugs and alcohol are involved.

I can believe that people do fucked up shit while drunk or high but I believe he is an animal lover and wouldn’t do that. What he's demonstrated over decades is that he gets super fucked up and does horrible, stupid shit. Just because a celeb is an animal lover doesn't mean he wouldn't do stupid shit under the influence that would endanger an animal. I don't extend the "they wouldn't do that" benefit of the doubt unless I know them, and even then substance abuse renders a lot of normal things moot. |

Truly, I don't know if I believe it or not. He's such a long history of drug and alcohol abuse and I've seen really good people do really out of character things when fucked up (particularly when mixing drugs). I'm not anti-Johnny at all, BUT I don't believe him incapable of reckless, abusive or dangerous behavior while intoxicated. I also think she's capable of manipulation, abuse, and outright lying ... it's just all stomach turning.

I think they're both toxic. Depp with drugs and alcohol binges plus he's friends with Manson and those texts with Bettany was disgusting but I also think Amber isn't innocent. The whole lying about divorce money, and the recordings don't paint a good picture either. She also had a shitty rep before she hooked up with Depp which people forget and her sister in a reality tv show said she was beating her up. I think them being together brought out really ugly shit and I have seen this in real life when a couple is like this they lose perspective and try to fuck each other up regardless of the repercussions.
What pisses me off that this has damaged the effects of IPV with people from coming forward because of this shit. Depp paid and employed a social media campaign that has become so toxic against heard that I am sick of it. I'm team no one.
