His hair is dyed way too dark, I don't like the facial hair, and I don't think the colours of the jacket and pants work well together.

I think the colour of the pants should have matched the jacket's, but otherwise he looks good, that's a nice look

I don't know, he looks OK. I think honestly it's the shoes that are throwing me off here, they just seem so harsh in comparison to the soft colors of everything else.
I do love him as Dumbledore.
