Matthew Broderick has outlived his dad (who starred in the landmark tv drama "Family") by 5 years - this is the weird stuff I think about all the time:

^Yeah, it's crazy when people outlive their (grand)parents. My mom and her sisters all got to be significantly older than their (step)mother. My grandmother (that I never knew) lived to be 53. Her three daughters lived to be 92 years and 7 months (my mom), 90 years and 7 months (my mom's older sister) and 90 years and 2 months (my only surviving aunt, the youngest girl of the family who turned 90 in January) and 91 years and 5 weeks (her stepdaughter). They all still called her mommy, well into their golden years. I just celebrated my 58th birthday, so I'm also 5 years older than my grandma. Weird.

Yup.  In this case, I remember reading that James Broderick had died.  I know that Matthew was really young at the time (20).  I thought James Broderick had died of a sudden heart attack or something, but I see now that it was thyroid cancer.  What is striking to me is how youthful looking Matthew is while his dad looks significantly older at an even younger age.  And it's not like Matthew is a hard body or something.  James always had that older look - even in "Dog Day Afternoon".

I like this, the color and style really suit her. He still looks boyish.

It's cute, and slightly girlish, but that's a thing with her, she often wears slightly girlish stuff and I think it works for her. She always looks like she has a real personal fashion sense and has fun with it.
