The dress is cute, except for the weird crinoline that's not even remotely close to the right length. It makes it look too young for her. It should've been removed completely. It would've looked a lot better & probably not like a dress for a 16 y/o. Her pose isn't helping that effect, either.
And goodness, she should've done something with her hair. Put it up, curl it...something...ANYTHING!
It looks really damaged & in need of a good cut.

I feel that she's always looks like she just comes late from a doctors appointment and is running to get her children from school just in time.
