I hate the tights and the terrible shoes with the ugly bows, the colors of the skirt and the pullover look like she chose that combination in the dark. And the sequins and that bag on top of it all...
There's whimsy and quirky but then there's chaotic and plain ugly.

I’ve never liked her much after it came out how shitty she treated Kim Cattrall, but now it’s because she tries way too hard. She’s not Carrie Bradshaw.

This is very 80s in all the worst, so-bad-we-don’t-talk-about-it ways. This looks like something the geeky sidekick would wear in a bad sitcom. I don’t even know where she found all of this.
