He’s grey haired and dressed like a Balkan drug dealer from the 90s but otherwise looks fine, just older?

He is literally a couple days from being the exact same age as me. I'd say his hair is white with a little gray. Hair color is so random. I've got a pretty full head of hair with just a tiny bit of gray in there. I must have rescued a burning bus full of schoolchildren in a previous life or something.
The way he dresses in the shapeless clothes makes him look look like he has lost muscle mass and is recovering from an illness.

I'm sure I've seen him wandering up and down outside of our local Wetherspoons, just waiting for the bell to go off that lets all the local early morning tipplers know that it's 9am and they're about to start serving alcohol. I've sat in there with a cup of coffee, killing time before going for a train, and watched them all milling about outside like extras from The Walking Dead until they hear the ding and come charging in. |

ETA - sorry for asking such an obvious question. I looked it up in Wiki and it's an institution and I didn't realize it was actually created by a British cartoonist.

Lol Yeah, Andy Capp has been in British newspapers since my mum was a kid. I even remember the short-lived attempt to turn it into a tv series. |
