I don’t know, from what I can see on this pictures, I’d say my mum has very similar looking arms, and she’s 63.
Good diet and exercises a lot. Used to tan a lot in her youth (you know, with freaking monoi oil XD) but hasn’t had all has Madonna’s lifestyle and still, arms look pretty similar to me.

The buccal fat removal was one of the dumbest things to do when you’re that age, it just make you look like a corpse.
