Since dowdy, loose and beige is her aesthetic, this dress is pretty good for her. She does need a hair intervention.

She is one of those for whom trimming off a few inches every now and then does wonders to perk her hair up. It's looking very dried out on the ends.
I also think she looks better with slightly darker hair.

Yeah, the hair needs attention - it makes her look tired and washed out.
