She doesn't really strike me as one to knowingly put on a see through dress, unless she's worn something that I've forgotten.
Either way, I don't think she looks good here at all.

I wouldn't have expected her to wear another material under it because it would probably affect the silhouette. Also, as I was scrolling and saw her dad, I first thought that John Waters had had some work done. |
