Damn, I wouldn't have noticed the gloves if Sput hadn't pointed them out. I did notice she is wearing pantyhose with open-toed shoes. Wonder why, unless her toes are super freaky.

I never even knew they had those hand gloves. Doesn't matter - her smile and heart shine through whatever she's wearing. In many ways, she was the Lizzo of her days. She fully embraced herself and blazed a trail for others to do the same.

I think she always wears panty hose w/ open toed shoes, it's not the first time I've seen it. The hand gloves are weird but she's such a good person I'll give her a pass.

I never would have noticed her gloves either, had to zoom way in to see them. I shudder to think what Madge will look like when she's Dolly's age!

On a weird side note: at our local library there is a life sized Dolly cut out in the lobby because of her Imagination Library. It's old and faded, all the colors are way off, and my kids called her the weird purple lady for years.
