Gillian looks like she’s put on some healthy weight. She looks emaciated to me oftentimes.
I saw Billie last year from afar (long story) and she looked kind of more normal than this. Like her face moved a little. Is this a buccal fat thing?

Keeley looks gorgeous, Scully seems uncomfortable in the dress, and Billie Piper always tries way too hard.

It's not that exciting of a story! lol I sort of accidentally ended up at Dragon Con last year - and this was a huge and surprising first for me because I knew diddly squat about Dragon Con until I got there. (My coworker, who is like a lifelong member, kept trying to explain it to me and I'm like, "yeah, cool...so this is a big deal, then?" Can't say I wasn't warned.) I went to Atlanta to hang out with some people and then...
Anyway, Billie was signing autographs and I actually took more than a glance at her because I was curious what her plastic surgery looked like...and she looked pretty good. And she smiles a lot and she seemed pretty engaged with her fans, so that's all I know.
I also saw, from afar, a couple of Hobbits, the Six Million Dollar Man (very frail), and the Bionic Woman (still gorgeous), etc.
I did have fun. The cosplay stuff was fucking amazing.
