Courteney looks so much better after getting her face deflated.

Courtney may have quit using fillers, but her face has already been ruined by them. Sad.

I think Courtney needs to soften her look. Her eyes look sunken with that dark all the way around eyeliner. Her hair color is too dark.

Maybe that would help?

It's almost like she did something to her mouth, too. I don't recall it being so wide when she was young. All in all her face is just off. Maybe because she's been using way more and heavier eye make-up lately and her hair color now seems too dark and harsh for her face. It's just a combo of things with which she ruined her looks.

I agree about the harsh eye makeup, it does nothing for her and just hides her beautiful eyes, which were one of her best features.
