^ I don't know, its probably not tight enough for Heidi  The dress being white doesn't help the overall aesthetic. I might even kinda like it on her if it were black, or a dark blue. |

Nope. The bottom half of her dress reminds me of a condom. Her shoes don't fit her properly, either. She's so cute, but this look ain't it.

I agree it would be better in a dark color…I think the worst part to me is the white choker thing. The shoes can definitely go as well.
