I just had a conversation with my BFF about how idk what to do with the seasons changing. I've lost about 20 pounds and have about 20 more before I hit my goal, but that means the jeans I was wearing preshorts season are too big and in general I'm feeling very cringe when I think about wearing jeans right now. I am finding I'm getting more sensitive to stupid shit as I age, and the feeling of jeans against my skin is one of those things. I don't want to go back to just straight up athleisure because then I feel like you don't have something keeping you in check. These dressy sweatpants things could be a good option, but again the elastic waist can be dangerous! So I guess corduroys? Is that what I'm supposed to wear? |

I am 100% soft pants these days. buddhapants.com is my place, their Miami joggers are super comfortable and dammit I can totally make that work if I need to go into the office. This weekend I actually purged ALL of my old work pants, and kept two pair of jeans just in case. I'm tired of being kept in check. "No more!" the Toast declares. No damn more. |
