I like pink hair, like Emmy Rossum's or Helen Mirren's. But not the cotton candy type like Christina Aguelira.

I think pink hair can look nice. Some pull it off better than others.

It's hard to pull off. It looks great in professional photos but every time I've seen it out in the wild, people tend to choose the absolute worst shade of pink for their colouring and it always seems to be either badly applied or fading and just looks kind of dirty. I think it's difficult to pull off and looks like it's really hard to maintain.

I think it's difficult to pull off and looks like it's really hard to maintain. It can be, especially if you are naturally a brunette. I had a friend who went through a deep pink hair phase waaaay before it was trendy and it was a constant treadmill of bleaching the regrowth white blonde and then dying it deep pink. I think she gave it up after a year or two because it was so much hassle, not to mention the toll it was taking on her hair despite regular treatments. Edit: The colour she went was similar to whoever it is in the pink wig directly under Cyndi Lauper.
