I could handle the spending, the nudity and the IG shit-posting if I knew she was unable to bring anymore babies into the world.

Mo, I'm actually not worried about her at all, I have to agree with Heidi and as I said she's FREE! now to make whatever bad decisions she wants to make for the rest of her life. Hope she doesn't blow through all her money but that seems unlikely since she has so much of it. Unless she brings more babies into the picture and gets the authorities involved, she can topless twirl forever now. Remodel that kitchen, girl!

I'm also in the camp of idgaf what she does with her money. If she wants a new mani everyday, so be it! It's when she makes the decision to bring another child into her messy world that I've got a problem with (and that goes for anyone who keeps having kids when they continue to lose custody of them).

That’s not a fair statement in regards to her 60 million dollars, The Conservative ship allowed her 2000 dollars monthly and limited supplies for 13 years. Gosh i spend more than that monthly on rent, and l am am not a millionaire. The point is , it’s her money to spend and she should be worth over 200 million dollars, like GAGA. pepsi, perfume, sketches, touring twice a day in vegas, record sales...The numbers don’t add up. she’s been exploited her entire life . Actually, I'm not talking about her conservatorship. I'm talking about post conservatorship. By the way, should she be worth as much as Gaga? Doubtful. She is not nearly as talented. I'm not really a Gaga fan, but she has been in control of her own career and artistic direction since her early twenties. Gaga seems to make pretty good decisions, and has the money and acclaim to show for it. Regardless, Spears has a pretty good amount of money, can tour or not tour - whatever. It's on her now. She is 40 years old and wants to have kids. It's technically feasible, but it's also not something that goes well with touring.

But she kicked to the curb all those people who set up those deals for her, the people who set up her financials so that she could live off residuals forever without working. Let's see if she knows how it all works enough to hire people who can do all that for her.
I don't care how rich you are, there are infinite ways to blow through any amount of $ if you're reckless enough and don't listen to your hired experts.

(ETA: quoted wrong person originally) Gaga, at 35, has 126 Million worldwide album sales. Spears, at 40, has 100 million. Gaga was nominated for an Oscar in a lead role for a Star is Born in 2018, and was one of the leads in "House of Gucci" this year. Britney Spears made "Crossroads" in 2002. Lucrative endorsement deals usually go hand in hand with an artist or athletic performer who is still producing work. The Bustle link you posted regarding endorsements seems to be a retrospective, not an assessment of current or potential endorsements that Spears could land.

Hey, Heidi, I think we are actually on the same side - let Britney do what she's going to do and live with it. It can't be that bad. She has a really nice amount of money, could keep making some more in some capacity, and lots of residuals coming in.
I mean, look at that hot mess Michael Madsen - now THERE is someone who actually needs a conservatorship.

I just hope she doesn't have more kids. She clearly couldn't take are of her current children when they were younger & I doubt she's matured enough to do better this time around.
She lucked out with KFed in that he took on the parent role and has stayed very quiet for years. I don't think she would get so lucky again.

She can do all the unhinged looking "dances" in those janky, Forever 21 outfits that she wants but please, girl. For the love of Christ, fix that hair.
God knows I'd probably go buck-wild too after getting away from that trailer park, scammy family's control.
But you'd best believe my hair would not look like that.

Her little boys aren’t so little anymore. Triggered by her puppy growing up, Britney Spears wrote on Instagram Sunday that she has “cried oceans” over her teenage sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, no longer “needing” her. “My baby is getting bigger 🐶 … I will just say it [sic] just like when my boys got bigger … IT LITERALLY SUCKS. They dont [sic] need me anymore … I’ve cried oceans 🌊 for my boys and I’m not lying !!!!” she wrote alongside a series of photos of herself and one photo of her dog Sawyer. The “Toxic” singer, 40, noted that she hoped to be able to show “recent pics” of her and her sons but until then will “respect their wishes.” “Oh well … but Sawyer … yes, he’s bigger but he will always need me and I like that 😝😍🤓 !!!!” she ended her caption. Spears’ ex-husband Kevin Federline shared a rare photo of their sons in October 2021, giving fans a look at just how much they’ve grown up. Preston, 16, and Jayden, 15, have stayed out of the spotlight despite their parents’ fame and seldom make appearances online. But in September, the “Boys” singer posted a photo of her kids and gave fans some insight into their lives. My boys’ birthdays were last week,” she shared at the time, “and unfortunately they are growing up and want to do their own things….I have to ask their permission to post them because they are extremely independent little men.” Spears admitted that she could not believe just how much her boys have become young men. “It makes me crazy because they are so tall and geez they are still growing. They went to a dance last week and I cried for two days,” she revealed. “My babies in a suit!!! It’s crazy!!! And girls get ready cause my boys are so handsome!!!” The Grammy winner and Federline, 43, welcomed their sons in 2005 and 2006 before divorcing in 2007. She is now engaged to Sam Asghari, while K-Fed wed Victoria Prince in 2013.

I think someone should have maintained conservatorship over the exclamation point key on her phone.

I think it's hilarious that we are worried about the welfare of a 40-year-old person with a $60 Million net worth, and an inexhaustible supply of residual income even if she spends the rest of her life lounging on a nude beach. Let's do Warren Buffett next. Is he living his best life??? My issue is SHE IS NOT OK. Personally, I worry for anyone struggling with mental illness that isn't seemingly well-managed and she doesn't appear to be well managed. Her eyes are manic, her thoughts are jumbled and often nonsensical in her IG posts. While she is indeed super rich by my solidly middle class American income bracket, she is still seemingly spending a lot of money very quickly. I highly doubt her residual income is inexhaustible. Her liquid assets were said to be only a few million dollars of liquidity. I read the vast majority of her assets are in real estate, so what happens when she liquidates in order to have more money to spend? She has stated repeatedly she has zero interest or intentions of going back to "work". In her business, "work" (touring/residencies) is how they make their money. It's not the record deals that pay the millions. She's going to go broke, imo. Frankly, in her present state, and again it's just what she's showing us publicly, I don't think she's actually stable enough to go to back to "work" anyway. I mean, sure, her fans and gawkers will come out in droves to buy tickets to any shitty show she'll put on. But girl is 40 and her last residency while a money maker, generated tons of complaints about her lack of energy and dancing. Honestly, I have concerns for her but end of day she's an adult (and I do think she requires oversight) and as it stands, free to spend every last penny and live in a cardboard box. But she has a responsibility to provide for her children until they are of age. And that's not tapping into trusts that may already be set up for them to do so.
