She will be broke and alone before we know it. I think her husband must encourage her nonsense. How can anyone want to be around such lunacy? Dancing (its literally the same back and forth wobble each time) and being naked for her adoring fans, shit talking her kids and family online, making subpar music with other has beens, videos of her manic dervish whirling amongst the little dog turds on her floor, renouncing God but the next day PRAYS HER PARENTS BURN IN HELL, there is something in it for him we don't see. I could have sworn years ago when they hooked up the rumor was her dad just hired boyfriends to keep her insatiable sex drive under control, and I swear I read somewhere this guy was just another one of them. It's beyond Bizarre at this point.

I mean, I couldn't care less but if she hated performing so much under the conservatorship, now she has the chance to do it her way because she's freeee! Who does she think she's hurting by never performing again? If you don't want to perform, then don't.

Yeah she could totally have a great second half of her life if she put her mind to it. Guest appearances for hefty fees, dance coach, hell little dance studios, Britters Bouncy Boos or something, if she could just regroup and get out of this circus monkey must perform mindset. She just acts like she is still a sex horny teenager who needs constant adulation. There is so much she could do with her life besides the nonsense she is doing right now. Disappear for a spell is another thing she could do. Look at Lindsay Lohan, she went away finally for a spell and now is back and doing pretty good it appears. Hollywood LOVES a good comeback story and we want to root for Brit to have hers, but so far, eh.

yes, Britney. Nothing screams "mature" and "got my shit together" more than stamping your foot and proclaiming that you're going to do the opposite of what is wanted/asked of/demanded of you.
I mean, nevermind that you could really have the kind of career you want now, and probably rebuild into something fabulous.

Reminds me of when my kids were toddlers. Thank god it was just them stamping their feet and screaming rather than spreading their ass-cheeks on social media. So there's a point in the favor of toddler tantrums.

She is just ... Shakes head. Who cares if there were two dancers or four or eight? It's dumb to refuse to perform again to make a point. What kind of point I don't know, but she needs something to fill her time. I honestly think her dad keeping her working was as much about structure as money. She has her freedom but twirling and posing naked and writing incoherent posts doesn't seem like much of a life.

Absolutely. It is true that she was abused under the conservatorship... but equally it's clear that there were grounds for some kind of guardian/administration arrangements to be in place, because Britney does not accept she has mental illness (and/or learning disabilities or brain damage or some other more clinical way of describing being a few tinnies short of a six pack in the intellectual arena?) Many people with mental illness can take care of themselves and manage their own affairs, by accepting appropriate treatment and not being unable to make rational decisions about their legal and financial affairs. But also, some people with mental disorders (and/or brain injury or cognitive impairment) cannot. Britney appears to fall into the latter category because she doesn't accept that she has any issues, and considers all treatment to be inherently abusive. I understand the traumatic experiences that led her to that view.... but also, mate. There's a reason your kids don't want to be with you. There's a reason that courts have said you need help to manage your legal and financial affairs. Someone please manage her social media for her. |

^ I know, right? I didn't even remember half of it. But her now saying she doesn't know what she did, it was premeditated, abuse, a way to control her. Um, she barricaded herself in the house with 2 babies but it was the paparazzi's fault. Also interesting how she seemed to think the rules didn't apply to her, defying court orders, showing up late for deposition, hit and run accident with no license. Sorry, but seeing her dismiss everything that happened--she has not changed one bit, all these years (and I imagine therapy) and she still refuses to take ANY responsibility. She is the one and only victim here. She is not better and she never will be better. And with her husband egging her on, none of her behavior will stop. See, I'm wondering if she had much therapy. Because you would think she did, right? In all that time. But her behaviour now has me wondering if they didn't get her much therapy - either not much, or it didn't work for her because of her co-morbid issues or lack of acceptance of her condition. |
