She is filthy rich has access to the best medical care of any American. She chooses to behave this way. I reserve my empathy for those like me the mentally ill and poverty stricken uninsured. I was so on her side until she started trashing the kids. She is garbage.

I understand that, that money doesn't fix mental illness. But her mental illness is no excuse for being so nasty about the children she failed to even raise. If she cannot control herself to the point of public abusive vicious rants on innocent kids then she needs to be reined in again. Why should they suffer because no one can help their mom? She is literally putting blame on them in her rants, creepy dear child nonsense, and I don't believe for a minute it's 100 percent mental illness being spewed. It's nothing but a shit show at this point.

I think she's mentally ill, and also an emotionally stunted selfish asshole, and all of that together makes quite a combination 😳. My guess is even if her illness was well managed, she'd still be an asshole of a person. Maybe not so publicly assholish, but still one nonetheless. Obviously I don't know her so I'm probably totally wrong, but that's the impression I get of her personality from the little I know.

she's mentally ill. and maybe an asshole and emotionally stunted but the point is she's mentally ill and her behaviour can't be held to the same standard as that of a reasonable, mature and sane adult. if you could, well, she wouldn't be mentally ill and emotionally stunted, would she? kfed is not mentally ill. what's his excuse for letting his child get publicly dragged into this and for letting him take part in an interview where he publicly engages with his mentally ill mother who's in the midst of suing her father for abusing his power as conservator? i take more issue with that than with britney's actions, quite frankly, and it's more incomprehensible.

^ I agree though. I wasn't defending KFed in the least. I was just commenting on whether her responses are because she's "garbage" as some people have said, or because of her illness, and I think it's a combination of illness and asshole. KFed is whole other level of douchery using his kids this way.

I realize the bar is low here. But he's been raising these kids fairly okay up until now. Someone has to step up and put and end to the boys' involvement in this stupid shit. It's only bringing more negative attention toward them all.

I know he has been the custodial parent, but based on court records, that's kind of been by default. I may have missed the quote where he has been a strong parental figure. In all honesty, once they hit 15, they probably sailed right past him and became the parental figures in the relationship.

My understanding is that up to the point where he gave this hour interview which focused on raising all of the kids not just Jayden & Preston in the public eye/eye of the storm; his statements to the press are given via his lawyer.
Yes, it isn't going to improve matters but I can well imagine that the flack they take from Britney's cRaZy fans, that the crap from Britney was just up to enough and after 15 years he just once gave in.
Not a sensible choice but he's not enstein..,

It is odd that after all of the years K-fed gave that interview and the boys started talking. It's certainly made things worse. Perhaps Jaime kept everyone in line and quiet. He's not in charge anymore...
IDK as weird as it is, I just can't bring myself to overly blame any of them. It's a fucked up sitch being managed by a back up dancer and teenaged boys. I guess I can't see crucifying Kfed over potentially one wrong move in 15 years.
It's possible that the lawsuit is going to show some ugly stuff that shines a bad light on Kfed and Brit's Dad. Perhaps that explains some of this - they've allied to muddy the waters, show Brit's nuttiness and try to save their own skin. It's a fun theory (for me) but seems way above their intellectual pay grade.

I know some think Jamie is pulling the strings here, but I think that would be pretty weird considering Kevin and the boys have had a restraining order against him for the past three years. I believe it's set to expire soon and Kevin has said he's willing to let bygones by bygones and the kids would like to see Jamie. If he and Kevin have been in cahoots then they're both violating the restraining order. And yes I know it's just a piece of papaer and people violate them all the time, just sayin'.

i mean that would be the logical conclusion considering the restraining order but then why would jayden have said he didn't go to his mom's wedding because jamie and the rest of the family wouldn't be there?
