Why talk publicly about the boys beginning to spread time with the Spears grandparents? Only thing I can think of is they are wanting some of the child support Federline receives. I predict court action by him for an increase in payments urged on by her parents who want that money.

I dunno, I guess I don't see some nefarious plot where Kevin and the boys team up with the Spears family to do a money grab. I think life was probably easier for Kevin when she was under the conservatorship because things were kept private he could arrange visitation through Jamie and be comfortable with it. And now that she's "free" with all the crazy social media post and nudie pics, things are a lot more unpredictable. She hadn't really gone after Kevin, just her family, ao I really don't think he had to defend himself but maybe this is the only way to communicate with Briteny. (And maybe he was paid for the interview )

I do find the shoe thing comical for the reasons Nov noted above, I mean what a hill to die on Brit.

I think any parent had moments that they wouldn't want recorded and shared with the world so I don't think it was fair of anyone to release these. That said, I've got my popcorn ready.

This is so cringe. I'm of two minds on this:

I feel sorry for those kids. 11 and 12 is pretty young and Britney is, well, Britney. It can't be easy. Probably the opposite of easy, dealing with her.

I feel sorry for Britney because she's mentally ill. And I'm fairly certain that if I had had a hot mic on me back in the day when my then teenage boys were pissing me off I would have sounded like a shrieking, erratic lunatic at times and probably worse than this. Not proud of that but goddamnit, teenagers (or preteens, whatever) can push you to the brink sometimes. I can't imagine being mentally ill and trying to navigate those waters. It's hard enough under normal circumstances.

I mean, the fact that FedEx recorded her in secret alone - Britney never had anyone she could trust, I feel for her. There's no doubt in my mind that she's mentally ill, but if this is all FedEx can come up with - teenagers grate on everyone's nerves.
