Frankly, I think any rational person considering a relationship/marriage with Britney is in it for the $$, conservatorship or not. Maybe not solely for the money but those fringe benefits can't hurt, especially now that she controls her money again.


I bet she's super sweet (when she's getting her way) but I imagine she nonstop rambles all day, much like her IG posts.  That alone would be enough to make me lose my damn mind.  She's probably exhausting to deal with day in and day out.

Britney Spears and Sam Asghari have reportedly signed a prenup to protect the popstar's multimillion-dollar earnings.

Off the back of their intimate wedding ceremony on June 9, sources close to the couple have informed TMZ that precautionary measures were put in place ahead of the big day.

According to reports, the agreement will ensure that every dime Spears earned up until the date of their marriage will be guarded in case she and Asghari ever split.

Spears — who is worth approximately $60 million — was denied any control of her own finances from 2008 to November 2021 under the terms of her conservatorship agreement.

With her newfound freedom, it hardly comes as a surprise to hear that her legal team was keen to get a prenup in place to ensure she maintains what is rightfully hers in the event of a divorce.

Asghari — who is presumably worth significantly less than his now-wife — has been transparent in the past about his and Spears’ contrasting financial situations, revealing to GQ late last year that he prefers to cover his own spending habits.

After first denying claims that he operates merely as a “house husband” to his superstar partner, Asghari — who is a fitness trainer — said that he and Spears negotiate finances like any other couple.

“Trading off who pays for dinner. We don't have a joint account,” he said of their intriguing dynamic, before lifting the lid on his own frugal approach to life.

“I live off of lettuce and rice and coffee. That comes out to like $16 a day so I can take care of that myself,” he added. “I am careful with money because I do want to build a future for my children.”

And though Asghari prefers to be cautious with his cash, he’s certainly not ignorant to the fact that Spears’s lifestyle demands a level of luxury that doesn’t always come cheap.

“We do travel a lot and I am dating a girl that's very expensive, she has an expensive taste,” he explained. “If it was up to me, we would cut down on the traveling and stay at a much cheaper hotel, and we would probably live off of $60 a day … Because that’s what I can afford.”

Putting any speculation about their relationship to rest, Asghari told the outlet that his and Spears’ approach to money is all about being “fair and square.”

“I think it's a normal lifestyle and it's not about money,” he said.

Despite taking the matter of their finances very seriously, it sounds like Asghari is also able to see the lighter side of their differing bank balances. In fact, on a separate occasion, the 28-year-old even joked that he and Spears were organizing a prenup in order to protect his side of the deal.

“Thank you to everyone who is concerned about the prenup!” he wrote on his Instagram story last September. “Of course we are getting an iron clad prenup to protect my jeep and shoe collection in case she dumps me one day.”

And so, given the legal turmoil Spears had to endure with the dissolution of her conservatorship last year, fans are certainly glad to hear that she and her team are covering all bases going forward.

Hmmm well I saw something today that they just bought an $11m house in Calabasas. So we'll see if both their names are on the deed. If this is anything like K-Fed, Brit is quite generous but the financial imbalance esp when it's tipped to the female can definitely cause some problems. Marrying into money isn't all it's cracked up to be, esp when it's Britney money.

Don’t call her overprotected, but Britney Spears’ new Calabasas mansion is equipped with enough security to keep even the most ardent ex-husbands away! That’s right, the international pop music superstar has celebrated her wedding to Sam Asghari by buying a house within the double-gated Estates at the Oaks neighborhood, which is a gated community within a guard-gated community. Some of her nearest new neighbors include Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian.

Spears — whose June nuptials were held at her mansion in the Hidden Valley region near Thousand Oaks — just splashed out $11.8 million for the amenity-packed digs, which are filled with everything from a wine cellar and 10-seat movie theater with Dolby surround sound, to a wet bar-equipped lounge and room dedicated solely to gift-wrapping. The deal was first reported by TMZ.

Built in 2008, and last sold in 2012 to car dealership mogul Bill Slevin, the strikingly opulent structure features six bedrooms and nine baths spread across more than 11,600 square feet of single-level living space. Naturally ornate to suit Spears’ tastes, soaring custom steel entry doors open into lavish interiors adorned throughout with imported onyx, hardwood and stone floors, vaulted ceilings, wide arched hallways, bespoke chandeliers, Ann Sacks mosaic tile designs and hand-carved fireplaces.

Other highlights include a 33-foot foyer clad in Cantera stone, formal dining room and wood-paneled study, plus a grand living room boasting a massive fireplace. The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with professional-grade appliances, an oversized center island and breakfast nook, and adjoins a spacious family room spilling out to a 2,000-square-foot al fresco entertaining patio sporting a barbecue center and fireplace.

A lavish master retreat comes complete with a fireplace, sitting area, terrace, an exercise room, dual walk-in closets with walnut and alder wood cabinetry, and a luxe marble bath with a soaking tub and steam shower; outdoors, the resort-like grounds span 1.6 acres, and include a 55-foot pool and spa with tiered waterfalls and a waterslide, along with a detached one-bedroom, one-bedroom guesthouse with its own kitchen and five-car garage.

Per the MLS, Josh Altman of Douglas Elliman and Todd Bernstein of Coldwell Banker held the listing, while Altman and Matt Altman of Douglas Elliman repped the buyer, though none of the brokers could be reached for comment.

The house is an homage to tacky, but what get's me is that it's 11,000+ sq ft on one level. I'm bad imagining space, but that's a lot, right? I don't know why, but that sounds exhausting to me. Unless I have someone in the house who can't do stairs, I prefer multiple levels, but that wouldn't be an issue for a house that size.

Our house is too big for what we need (a mere 1700 sq ft) but we bought it thinking we'd have more kids. Now that isn't happening I would love a single level cottage with more land. I hate cleaning you guys and more space means more shit to move around and clean.

Yeah, I don't have an issue with normal single level homes and they are easier to navigate and clean, but if I were going to live in a huge house, I can't imagine having that much square footage on one level. I totally agree that it would be nicer to have a smaller house with more land.
