Was Lagerfeld known for putting flowers on his designs? So many of the outfits worn to this Gala seem to feature fabric flowers.

it's the chanel camelia, it's one of their trademarks along with the interlocking C's, tweed, pearls. karl added the gloves, skinny ties and jackets that made up his personal uniform.
