So the weird cheek thing at Paris Fashion Week last year. I read some speculation that it could be a face lift pulled too tight?

I don't know that a too-tight face lift could explain that lip distortion, though I suppose she could have had a botched lip lift in addition to a botched face lift.

I can't see that catwalk photo without thinking of Wyborn from Coraline.  Same level of butchering anyway.

What's also weird (besides the cheek line) is that her face is so much wider, like it's swollen. I assume that's from fillers.

Oh and another speculation from an "expert" in Ok! mag , is extreme buccal fat removal can give that weird cheek line. It's supposed to give the effect of a cheek hollow from high cheekbones, gets rid of the round baby look (Hilary Duff had it done.) If that's it, Demi probably had it done too many times.

i think she got cheekbone implants in addition to a ridiculous amount of fillers. i suspect madonna did the same.

Well, that picture is even worse. Looks like she may have had a chin implant as well.

I don't see how Hollywood is worth it as an older woman. I would rather retire and live a private life with the money I had already earned and be relaxed about how I look instead of living life in the spotlight where you feel so self-conscious about ageing that you do this to yourself.

No joke. Just embrace your inner Bridget Fonda and live your life. Getting old is hard, and has to be so much harder when your looks were your livelihood. But butchering your face is not the answer. Maybe try some therapy.

I think Demi never got over not being Mrs. Kutcher anymore. And then he married Mila and had kids, that had to sting. I also think she might be a little too competitive with her daughters (thinking of that bathing suit photoshoot they did)

What's odd to me is that with all of the work she's had over the years, she seems to have left her lips alone. Or at least mostly. Lips seem to be among the first things to fuck with for most actresses.

I can't stand that weird puffed up lip look, so thankfully Demi kept clear of that. Whatever she did is just bad. I think combined with her long, dark, straight hair it's just not good.

I like Jamie Curtis's fairly recent comment about plastic surgery. Basically she said that none of it works. Seriously, they end up just looking freakish.
