Eh, I kind of like what Trevor Noah has to say. He's had an interesting life. I remember hearing him interviewed on Stern a couple years back. They discussed his upbringing and the story with his mom blew my mind. If you know about that you know why he reacted to this.
I've been over Kanye and his craziness for awhile now, even before he hitched his wagon to the K-holes and his stock dropped. But now there are innocent kids caught up in this bullshit.
On one hand, I don't think it's a bad thing someone outside this mess is calling him out for his nutso behavior (bonus points that it's in a classier manner than announcing you're posting from the bed of his ex) because clearly he has no one else in his life or inner circle who cares enough to do so.
Unfortunately there is no reasoning with a controlling narcissist who is also bipolar and unmedicated. You're just poking the hornets nest, no matter how good your intentions are. Glad someone has the sense to realize these two probably don't need to be sharing the backstage space of an event given the recent exchange. And it's not because it's Trevor Noah who we have to worry about doing something crazy.
Kanye is going to fuck around and lose all access to his kids. Or fuck around and find out by engaging with the wrong motherfucker with the result of getting his ass handed to him.

^^^Snort! The Game really tried something here. But no, it's not cultural oppression and the reasons are certainly known. It's simply because Ye is an unpredictable unhinged asshole and everyone knows it. Also Trevor Noah has said some very kind things about Kanye - even after his post. ^Yes, I feel that Trevor has been compassionate, and if he did have something to do with cancelling Kanye's performance, it was NOT out of spite.  The Grammy honchos had no other choice than removing him from the line-up. My concern is that Kanye has never needed a "scheduled" appearance to, er,...shake things up. So... do they even let him in the building? It's the definition of messy. |

can't believe he pulled the race card on this one. kanye has been allowed to get away with a lot of bad behavior. i don't think race was a factor.
eta: julia fox is an idiot. the woman thinks she's brill and can barely string together a sentence. i think NYP just covers her for yucks.

Kanye West tells Kim Kardashian he’s ‘going away to get help’ after public rants
Kanye West told Kim Kardashian “he’s going away to get help” after his brazen public shaming of her on social media.
Kardashian family insiders say West — now known as Ye — has agreed to stop harassing his estranged wife and cyberbullying her boyfriend Pete Davidson.
The concerning behavior led to him being suspended from Instagram for 24 hours last month and his performance was pulled from Sunday’s Grammys.
A source close to the Kardashians said, “For the sake of the kids, Kanye has told Kim he’s not making any public appearances or inflammatory social media statements, and he will go away somewhere to get better.”
The source added that it wasn’t clear if West, 44, planned to go into a treatment facility, as he has stayed in Los Angeles to be with his and Kardashian’s four kids.
A rep for West told Page Six, “At this time, Ye is committed to a healthy co-parenting relationship with Kim and is and focused on raising their beautiful children.”
