She's not ugly, but she certainly is not as beautiful as her expression suggests she thinks she is. Smoke, mirrors and tons of make-up.

nose, lips, eyebrows. her mouth is like twice the size it used to be. she does have naturally great bone structure though.   |

I agree with you, she does have an amazing bone structure but weirdly, now that she's thinner I think it makes her look manlier, or horsey-ish Then again, if she's happy with her weight loss, good for her  |

Yes, that’s exactly it, she looks a bit manly/horsey. But being thin may make her healthier, which trumps looks any day.
