Which actor has been sharing articles about the blood-soaked legacy of colonialism in response to the Queen's death – a marked 180 from the celebratory stance they adopted on the Empire when their dad got given a knighthood?

The first person to pop into my mind is Jared Harris, but that doesn't seem right.
Never mind. He* was knighted by the Knights of Malta and the Queen of Denmark.

Julian McMahon who father was former Prime Minister of Australia, Sir William McMahon; but I can't see any.
I think that a better candidate is Kit Harrington (GoT) who is the second son of Sir David Richard Harington, 15th Baronet. Or maybe not as Kit's ancestry is long not a recently acquired knighthood ...

The first name that popped into my head was Rod Stewart's kid. But I don't think either meet any of the criteria, LOL

Shot in the dark - Ferdinand Kingsley, the son of Sir Ben Kingsley. He was in the TV series Victoria as Mr Francatelli.

Love him I adore Jared Harris... that's why he was the first one who came to my mind. 😁 And I checked his Twitter and he seems pretty chill. He wasn't raging against machines.

Listen up, ladies! A couple of years ago I saw Jared Harris getting out of a taxi, in London- right in front of me! I can report to you, gentle readers, that he's definitely got a 'sexy older man' vibe! I was too starstruck and shy to say anything!

Rose Leslie is more kind of Scottish Cheftan "princess but both are Tory from a long line of poncy ancestors. Ben Kingsleys son is in Sandman (the one that wont die - Hut Grub or whatever he's called) & is suitable leftwing but seems to post about his dog? If any one I'd go with him now the connection has been made but it could easily be someone else

I thought of it because of mention of colonialism and The Empire. Kingsley's birth name is Krishna Pandit Bhanji and he is a Yorkshire born Ango-Indian with an English mother and an East African born father of Khoja Gujrati descent. Edit: no1novice it could also be his other son Edmund who is also an actor?

Yeah Indian via Kenya. Could be - if it didn't specify knighthood I would have gone with Brooklyn Beckham
