Maybe it's just because I have a shit relationship with my mother but I just can't ever imagine wanting to party with my mother at any point in my life and I certainly wouldn't ever dress like that around her (and would be mortified if she dressed like that around me).
idk if it's good that they seem so close or if I'm on the right track in thinking it's just fucking weird.

Lourdes is a disappointment, she was really cute in her teens and graduated from college and all, only to become her mother's trashy accessory? Where is her dad? Somebody needs to intervene.

Truthfully, this is what I expected to see by this time back when I heard that Madonna had a baby girl. For a while there I thought Lourdes might prove me wrong, but nope.

I agree, for some time she's looked miserable and in a perpetual bad mood. And being hooked on nicotine can lead to so much worse. At 25 she can't skate on “modeling” forever. I'm glad she finished school, but I thought this is how things would end up for Lourdes. And she doesn't look sexy so much as trashy. Her mom might have ripped off a bunch of other female musical artists, but she had a carefully crafted aesthetic, not whatever it is Lourdes has got on and plus she looks smug as hell.
