How do you post photos?

I was in quick reply on the pet thread, and couldn't figure it out. Starting this thread there are a bunch of icons and I could figure it out, how do you do it when replying?

OK, I think I'm an idiot... maybe click reply instead of quick reply.  

I swear my brain is a sieve with many many holes these days. Not much is sticking!

Click reply instead of quick reply and you will see the icons. That's if you are using the desktop version of the site, not sure if it's the same on the mobile version.

Not just how to post photos, but where to post them. The old board had a photo section with magazine shoots, singular less known celeb photos, and Hot men and women.
