I'm sure they stalked Doria too. She somehow managed to keep her mouth shut.
It seems they even tried to warn him too. I agree with Harry. None of this would have happened if he'd listened to them.
Him being "taken aback" by someone calling him on this and then going feral (as you call it) is CLASSIC narc behavior when you try to call them on their BS and hold them accountable. Ditto doubling-down on the shitty, problematic behavior as a response.

I was just referring to this incident. I have never said Thomas is a good man or a good father or that he is perfect. The whataboutisms here is still crazy. Doria was provided with security (Thomas was not) and has been amazing at being completely silent. I remember Meghan glaring at her when she dared to speak to some ladies at one of the events. It didn’t seem like a nice way to look at your own mother. However, other than that not a peep from her. As far as I’m aware she is scandal free and seems like a lovely lady. It does show that being silent and dignified is a good strategy.
Harry and Meghan are still awful people no matter how much “worse” someone elses behaviour might be. They should at least be practicing what they preach which is why showing compassion towards her father would have been a better public strategy if they wanted to appear authentic.

i dunno. i don't think meghan and harry are great but i don't think that because of their relationship with thomas. he sucks. and the stepsister constantly ragging on meghan to the media (and has from the beginning) sucks too.
i don't remember meghan glaring at doria ... is there a pic?

I don't know, to me it seems like if your kid is getting married into a HIGH profile family and has asked their parent to not talk to the media about her or her life, you just don't talk to the media. You put your head down and offer the silent treatment. From what I recall, Thomas talked, multiple times, so the media kept coming back. That's what they do, you give them an inch, they'll take a mile.
Thomas & the sister dug their own graves, so to speak, and blame MM for everything. Why on earth would she want them in her life. He sold her handwritten letter off to the press...what kind of dad does that?
I am not a big fan of the royals. Will & Kate are boring. Meghan and Harry and less boring and the BRF would have been smart to have helped her in any way possible. Instead they mean-girled and isolated her.

That still shot just looks like MM listening intently. Or her most "actorly" attempt at looking serious. Is there video to see what they're talking about? Doria seems to be talking about something difficult judging by her brows, they look knit-together to me, and her expression looks like strain or a grimace.

I agree, I think she just listening while her mom is discussing something she feels strongly about. I guess we can all put own spin on the still picture based on our experiences.

The Markle family have been beyond embarrassing and particularly bad for someone like Meghan who needs control over the narrative she was pushing. She had embellished her past and they knew the truth. Samantha Markle has been telling the truth about Meghan but she has done it in such a trashy way that she just looks like a bitter/twisted sister which made it easier for the Meghan to gain sympathy and her supporters to write Samantha off. I also suspect that some people even wrote Samantha off due to her appearance. She has Multiple Sclerosis uses a wheelchair, slurs her words, facial paralysis etc.. she is still an intelligent and well spoken lady who so far has been far more honest than Meghan. I think Samantha might actually have a good chance at winning the defamation case.

They've seen each other less than a dozen times in their lives. |

it looks like markle was either surprised at being interrupted or suprised by the message. not necessarily that she was hating on her mother.
body language guy has some good points but does a LOT of interpolation. kind of like guessing what happened with the NYSE between 1929 and 1987 if the only data you had was from 1929 and 1987.
