Just wondering if there is anyone else who's been around since the days of the Awful Plastic Surgery board? I was originally on there then came over to Gossip Rocks when it was started. Now here. I only had 427 posts on Gossip Rocks lol. Mostly just lurked. Maybe this is a fresh start for me and I should actually post?

OMG! I remember APS! I remember that crazy guy (I think he might've been a teenager) that went all psycho there & was posting all this crazy shit. I can't remember his name.

I also remember another woman on there that seemed a bit unstable. Her name had "grotto" in it but I can't remember her name.

Other names I remember from there were AGFH (a girl from home) & Evil Kumquat. I think sputnik was on there as tout le reste (or something like that). I think Daphne was also on that board. I'm sure there are other people that had different user names that I don't know if they were on both boards or not.

I can't remember any names except svz and grimmlock. I wonder what happened to them?

SVZ created GR and then screwed everyone over by selling it and then disappeared.

I didn't join GR until 2007. I think most of the 2005 people came from APS, or so I gathered.

Grimm was last known to have fallen under some hot incubus' spell and was never heard from again. He swapped fecal seal burgers and vicious cuntery with us for Mom jeans, brunches and a minivan (probably).

Svz just disappeared, along with Buttmunch, McJag and a whole load of others over the years.

Yeah, I vaguely remember APS, too. My profile on the "old" GR states I joined October 2005..... that's crazy!!!!

i was on APS.

i remember AGFH, sput (tout), manx, grim, and that crazy guy who claimed to be a chivalrous millionaire and all the women believed him. chauncey? anyway, it was pretty obvious it was just a sham and he was some kind of incel but a lot of the posters believed him and he started a lot of infighting. one poster (momof4) actually thought chauncey was going to get her unemployed husband a gig and was particularly upset when his identity was revealed. disruptive hair was on the spectrum and eventually thrown off of GR. and then lolijume. another nutbag. and the one who cautiously embraced jeggings, citizen of the world. there's probably more.

there were a lot of personal emails being sent around and that is kind of when i disengaged. too much dramaz.

I actually ran into disruptive hair on another forum I used to frequent. I liked her and her posts, especially the disruptive hair story.

Crazy how many of us there are. I'm thinking now that the deadbeat daddy is out of the picture our new family is going to be a lot more fun. Nice to know Grimm got the happily ever after.

I was never on APS; however, I have been at GR for a very long time. I don't remember how I originally found the forum, but I've been around since the days of SVZ and Grimmlock and Buttmunch and McJag and A*O, along with the folks who start out pretty good and then get kind of weird, and you watch them go completely off the rails while thinking, oh, I didn't see that coming. LOL Good times.
