The heat index was literally over 100 degrees today so I cannot understand what I'm looking at here. She would look great otherwise. The sparkly part of the shoes is cool, but the massive toe cleavage and the possible clear part is bafflingly ugly.

Those shoes are absolutely offensive.
I am a sweaty person with heat (especially my face) so I just don't understand people who overdress. It also makes me mad that other people CAN over dress and still look like it's a 50 degree fall day. No drop of sweat or hair frizz.
