I think she's just having fun. It hits different when the person knows they're wearing something over the top and they're not earnestly sexy-posing for their fucking lives. I kinda love it for that reason. Plus, I think all of that is beading - I can't even imagine how amazing (and weird) this looks in person.

I like it, especially the pops of jewel-toned spots. Over the top, sure, but she wears this kind of thing well.
Not a fan of the slicked back hair or the blonde color.
