She always looks very uncomfortable on the red carpet. This dress looks OK on her, but it doesn't seem like it's her. Although, to be fair, I really don't know what her style is. She's all over the place. I don't think she has a stylist.

She's always had pretty terrible taste IMO - this is OK but to be fair I wouldn't love it on anyone.

This dress is weirdly slimming and a vast improvement from the powder blue old lady color or the matronly purple monstrosity, but the bar was set low. I agree with tulip that she always looks uncomfortable on the red carpet. |

Yeah the bottom part is half as bad, but the top part is cut so weirdly it makes her look broad, flat, and as if she forgot her neck somewhere on the way.
