I think that her heavy eye makeup works without the brows -- it kind of has a pseudo-brow effect.

She looks nice here.

I really like the dress except that the shoulder straps are poorly shaped for the silhouette they are going for. She looks mostly cute except for the obvious lack of eyebrows.

I want to like the dress but the tailoring around the hips looks off. And are those holes in it lower down? The layered material is gorgeous though.
