Yea that tats look like random patches of dark chest hair, I also don't think the leg bruises help the look either.

I actually like her tats XD
They're well done, for once (fine lines IS difficult, when you to go an artist who doesn't specialise in those, it does show XD) and I think it's a nice placement that compliments her body. I like that kind of tattoos on flat chested women.
I love her whole look. I wonder how much tape is required for her dress not to constantly flash her nipples, but she has the body for it.
Her make up is also nice

I agree it's not a great design, but I love a super-plunging neckline with a small bust

I always liked her a lot, but she's getting messy now and I hope she ends up OK. She kind of has that 1980s haute couture vamp look, like a blonde Linda Evangelista. She also parties like an 80s super model, and I'm always kind of envious of that, at least in theory.
I'm not a big fan of her severe hair. That's how mine looks when I get out of the shower and need to put it up wet and it's not a look.
