I see her arms and think omg they look nice and toned and strong, I really need to work on those noodles that hang from my shoulders - and then I try 2 push-ups before accepting again that there's a reason my arms don't look that nice XD

Probably not. But I don't find any arms (skinny or fat) attractive without at least a hint of visible muscle tone.
